My Return to The Magical Circle School

So as of last week, I returned to my Pagan studies at the The Magical Circle School And it has felt great to be back among those who honestly understand what it means to be a Wiccan! Upon my return, I felt a lot of weight lifted off my shoulders and even felt some of my fellow classmates energies come to me. A few have been very supportive in my return outside of the school, while some, not so much.

It seems like yesterday I was forced to take a step back from my studies simply because the real world got in the way of things. With my health being in decline for such a long period of time, studying became next to impossible to do, then with my upcoming move that happened in February, my life simply became too frazzled for me to really concentrate on studying, let alone getting anywhere with them.

My artwork however, seems to be going...somewhere...I guess. No commissions yet -sighs- but then again, what do I expect? It's not like I have a tablet or some funky $100 - $200 photoshop program that allows me to better my artwork. But in all honesty, it's OK because over half of the people who use the digital world to draw, have failed to remember what it felt like to pick up a colored pencil and work your ass off on getting a drawing just so.  I've never felt more alive, than when I was drawing in the old fashioned way. However my Deviant page is sky rocketing in page views! OakStar89's Deviant Art Page I'm truly loving that people 'seem' to be taking notice.

My website though is falling into a bit of a decaying mess >.< I really need to get it better organized so I'm going to be taking a day where it's going to be just me and my website and working till it looks neat and tidy and up to date. I'm hopefully going to be redoing the gallery pages, making them into just one big page, that way people aren't going to be clicking around trying to find, what's where and so on. I'm going to have the IMVU items on their own page, the photography on it's own page and the traditional drawings on their own page. It'll cut the 4 galleries that I have now, down to just 3. Which is good, because right now, view ratings are down for it and I suspect, that, that is the reason why. People just don't want to be running about on a website, looking for things, and getting all confused as to why certain things are in one gallery and not the other.

As for school and my studies, I've decided to approach it with an opener mind, meaning that each online study will be completed hopefully on the same day that I start it, and if not, over the consecutive following days till that particular study/assignment is completed. From there, once each of the online studies/assignments are completed, I plan to then work on the offline studies/assignments. These are studies that require one to email that assignment into that teacher for that course. Some of them can take up to a day to complete, while others can take up to two weeks! However, once they are done, I then plan to work on the last one which is the Final Questions assignment, an assignment that pretty much double if not triple checks to make sure you have everything completed before you go onto the Final Exam/Quiz, which is a 30minute exam like quiz that you take where you have to get a 100% in order to pass! (Personally, I'm happy if I even get 99%! but that's just me lolz!)
